Refund & Revision Policy

1. Revisions

We offer unlimited free revisions within 30 days of delivery to ensure your complete satisfaction. Revisions must remain within the scope of the original order.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are granted only if no work has been started and a cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment.
• We do not offer refunds for completed services unless we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe and no content is delivered.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after work has started
• Lack of communication from the client
• Subjective dissatisfaction without valid reasoning or feedback
