1. Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality business plan writing and digital document services. Due to the custom nature of our work, our refund policy is as follows:

Refund Eligibility:

• A full refund may be requested within 24 hours of payment only if work has not yet begun.
• If the client cancels after work has started but before delivery, a partial refund may be issued based on the proportion of work completed.
• No refunds for completed work unless:
  • The order was never delivered
  • The scope was not fulfilled and resolution efforts failed

Requesting a Refund:

Email support@realwork4ce.com with your order details. Requests will be reviewed within 2–5 business days.

2. Shipping / Delivery Policy

We deliver digital documents only. No physical shipping is involved.

• Method: Delivered via email or secure cloud sharing (Google Drive, Dropbox)
• Standard Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days
• Expedited Delivery: Available (48–72 hours) at extra cost
• Eligible Destinations: Global (US, UK, Canada, Kenya, and more)

3. Return Policy

As a provider of custom digital services, we do not accept returns. However, we offer:

Revision Policy:

• Unlimited free revisions within 30 days of delivery
• Revisions must stay within original scope
• Major changes are quoted separately

4. Cancellation Policy

• Full cancellation and refund possible within 24 hours of payment if work has not started
• Partial refunds possible after work has started
• No refunds or cancellations after final delivery
